To join the registry, you will need:

• A simple data sharing agreement with the host site (Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust). All data are fully anonymised before submission.

• Local registration as a service development project, typically with your Trust audit department.

Once these processes are complete, you can submit cases and can also access the collated cases from other centres.
